We make you messy garden looks tidy and healthy again! We don't provide services like tree trimming, lawn cutting, or privacy hedge trimming. 3. Booking Your Service: Getting started is easy. Visit our website, review our service descriptions, and estimate the time you need using our tool. Once you've found the right service, simply click "book it." 4. Scheduling: You'll be directed to a calendar where you can pick a date and time that suits you best for our visit. 5. Providing Information: Share your name, address, and project priorities. Feel free to leave a note to let us know your specific preferences. Homeowners may choose the "Leaf Blower Free" option at this time. 6. Promo Codes: If you have a promo code or password, enter it during the booking process for potential discounts or special offers. 7. Payment: Complete the booking by filling out the payment form. Once your payment is confirmed, your service is scheduled. 8. Service Day: On the scheduled day, one of our Landlady Landscaping service workers arrives at your location and begins working on your garden project.     At Landlady Landscaping, we take pride in offering you not just garden care but a complete garden transformation experience. Our services are designed to take the hassle out of maintaining your outdoor space while adding value to your property. Every service is packed with value, and here's what you can expect from us: Instant Booking Abilities: We know you want your project done as soon as possible, that's why we skip the estimate process and allow you to get right to the booking part. Green-Waste Removal: We take care of up to one truck load (roughly 120kg) of green waste with each service at no extra cost (one truck load is A LOT, and 99% of the time is more than enough space for our client's needs). Say goodbye to the mess – we've got you covered. One Garden Care Worker: Your dedicated garden care expert works efficiently during the visit, getting as much done as possible while still maintaining quality results. Our punctual and prepared expert is dedicated to making your garden shine. Tools & Equipment: We come equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment, including our trusty work truck. Full Property "Blow-Down": After completing the work, we clean up our mess too, ensuring your space looks its best when our garden care expert leaves. A Great-Looking Garden: Our services not only take care of your garden but also add value to your property and allow you the peace of mind that comes with a tidy outdoor space. Time at the Transfer Station: As mentioned above, we handle all of the green waste that comes from your project. Your service includes our additional time spent at the transfer station. "Leaf-Blower Free" Option: For those who prefer tranquility, we've got you covered. This option is available during checkout. Extra Green Waste: If you have more green waste than the included limit, we can handle it for you at a rate of $80 per additional load, plus tax. Don't worry; we won't remove extra green waste without your consent to the added charge. Additionally, we offer a personalized touch to ensure our service aligns with your vision and goals: Garden Walk-Through: Upon arrival, our dedicated garden care worker will conduct a thorough walk-through of your outdoor space, allowing you to point out specific areas or concerns that need attention.   • How many workers come for each service?
    Each service includes one garden care worker. The reason for having only one worker is efficiency. By having a single worker focused on the garden clean-up, Landlady Landscaping can streamline the process, reduce potential coordination issues, and provide a more cost-effective service. This approach allows them to concentrate on completing the task efficiently, ensuring a high-quality outcome for the customer. Having one garden care worker offers several advantages. It reduces distractions, allows for quick decision-making, demonstrates care and attention to detail, and often results in more efficient work. This focused approach ensures that your garden receives the dedicated care it deserves.

  • Do you cut lawns?
    No, we do not offer lawn cutting services at this time.
  • Do you cut or trim trees?
    We don't specialize in tree cutting, but we can handle basic tree pruning for trees 8 feet and under, under 3" in diameter. For more extensive tree work, it's best to consult with an arborist. If you need recommendations for a tree care expert, we are happy to share our recommendations with you. Simply reach out to us via email or text at hello@landladylandscaping.com or 778-877-2201.   • Do you use a leaf blower?
    Yes**. We use a leaf blower at the end of each service to give your property that polished finish. **However, we understand that some clients prefer not to have a leaf blower used on their property due to noise or other considerations. That's why we've added a "leaf blower-free" option at the checkout page to cater to your preferences. We'll use a broom instead. Your satisfaction is our priority!
  • Do you provide regular maintenance?
    Absolutely! While we don't believe in locking you into contracts, we're here to keep your garden looking fresh. Our "Quick Clean" (90-minute) service is designed to spruce up your garden in between deep cleans. To stay on top of your garden's maintenance needs, we recommend booking a 90-minute service once a month or so. It's that simple!
  • What if I need to cancel my booking?
    It's no problem. We understand that life can throw curve balls. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 72 hours' notice in order to issue a refund. We'll always do our best to reschedule your service, but when that's not possible, we'll get you a refund. Please keep in mind that our payment provider charges a fee of 2.9% of the service amount + $1 for all transactions, which we'll need to retain in all refund situations, and the rest goes back to you. For cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice, we'll issue a credit that you can use at a later date. This credit does not expire and can be transferred to someone else if you wish. We strive to be reasonable and fair, and in most cases, a common solution can be found with proper communication and understanding.   • It's raining on the day of my service, are you still coming?
    It depends on the severity of the rain and wind. If the weather becomes too severe to work efficiently, we may need to reschedule to the next available day. You'll receive a text message on the day of the service to arrange a new date if necessary. In light rain, there's no need to worry. We come equipped with the right rain gear to keep your worker dry and your project on track in most cases. We'll also collaborate with you to ensure the rescheduled date fits into your schedule.
  • I have a green-bin you can use, can I get a discount?
    We appreciate your willingness to help, but we load green waste directly into our truck as part of our comprehensive service to maintain efficiency & quality. The cost of this service is built into our pricing, so we're unable to provide discounts for using your green bin.
